Leadership Assessment 

We offer 5 leadership assessments to assist women in gaining self-knowledge quickly and accurately. Self-knowledge is the foundation of leadership development and leadership excellence.

Leadership assessments are integral features of our coaching program and are also offered as stand-alone development activities.

Each stand-alone asessment includes a 3-hour coaching session covering feedback, report interpretation, development goal setting and development action planning.

LEADERSHIP EFFECTIVENESS ASSESSMENTS

Hogan Personality Inventory- assesses normal personality and interpersonal characteristics associated with leadership success.

Hogan Development Survey- assesses 11 common performance risks that interfere with a person's ability to create goal oriented teams and sound work relationships.

Hogan MPVI- assesses motivators, values and preferences that influence your leadership effectiveness

ORGANIZATIONAL SAVVY SKILLS ASSESSMENTS

Brandon and Seldman's Organizational  Savvy Skills Assessment - assess 65 organizational savvy items which contribute to working effectively with people to execute organization objectives.
